Malka’s kitchen is created by two groups of people, one of professional cooks with a lot of knowledge and a burning passion for our food and the other is the girls and boys called ‘youth at risk’, young people who are in their first experience in creating a kitchen.

And who among us has not been a girl or boy at risk? At least those of us who carry special talent and strong energy, the only difference is that we were not defined as such, perhaps because we had a home that protected us and took care of us with greater ability and dedication than they had.

But these girls and boys are the reason why we created Malka, our dream to give them the feeling that they are our whole world, that we understand that each of them is one and only and unique, that all of them are a hidden treasure that all of our desire is to fulfill together.

And there is nothing like a virgin creation, to take a person who never had anyone to really believe in him and tell him, light the flame, hold the knife, we are by your side.

Malka’s most wonderful creations were created from this moment, all of them made from the purpose and joy of an initial creation, from a talent that emerges in its full beauty for the first time in a person’s life.
